Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a window facing the street and an additional skylight under the roof. This duplex can accommodate up to 5 guests with a queen-size bed (160x200) in one bedroom, two separate beds (2x80) in the other bedroom, and an extra bed available only for reservations of 5 people. There are 2 toilets: 1 in the bathroom of master bedroom and 1 in the hallway.
The Duplex is an apartment with Provençal charm, entirely designed and created by its owners.
Located on the first floor of a village house, it has been meticulously renovated with high-quality materials. No detail has been overlooked to ensure you have all the comfort you need and leave with unforgettable memories.

August 2025We stayed in the duplex. There are two other apartments in the same building. The apartment is stunning, spotlessly clean and the decor is beautiful. You are based in the little village which is fabulous to be so immersed, however the apartment is quiet even on the market days. The most you hear is the chime from the village clock. Check in is easy. Valbonne is a fabulous base. We visited Cannes, Antibes, Monaco ( by train from Antibes) Théoule sur Mer, St Tropez and even drove back to Castelenne to go rafting on the Gorge du Verdon. I loved Valbonne, I had never heard of it. It’s a lovely village…. A bit more upmarket. Great to sit in the square and people watch… probably 30 seconds away from stepping out of the front door down the little streets. Plenty of restaurants lining the quaint streets….. a nice one right outside your doorstep! This is a hidden gem of a place and you will not be disappointed!!! We all enjoyed the stay. August 2024Beautiful apartment and fantastic location. The hosts were very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked to cook. There is a $50 nightly cleaning fee we found to be bizarre. Moreover, if you don’t take the trash out and run the dishwasher there is an additional $50 charge. For three nights we paid $150 for cleaning but we had to take the trash out and do the dishes. We also were not permitted to check out even 15 minutes late without paying a fee and as we were cleaning the dishes and trying to find a place to take the trash out we almost missed this window. This seemed unreasonable. That aside, the place is nice if you want to be in the village, which was adorable for us for a couple nights.
