The tenant must personally occupy the premises and commit to using them in accordance with their intended purpose. All facilities are in working order, and any discrepancies must be reported to the owner within 24 hours of entering the premises.
Repairs necessary due to negligence or poor maintenance during the rental period will be charged to the tenant and deducted from the deposit.
The tenant must ensure that the occupants of the premises and house do not disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood.
The presence of animals is prohibited.
A reasonable amount of electricity and water is included in the rental price. The tenant is required not to overconsume, for example by leaving outdoor lights on all night.
The owner provides the necessary insurance for the rental property, in accordance with French law.
The owner accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the tenant, the tenant's family, or the tenant's guests. It is the tenant's responsibility to obtain insurance to cover their own risks, particularly illness, cancellation, accident, or damage to and loss or theft of personal goods and possessions.
The housing guide provided upon entering the premises will serve as an inventory.
The tenant has 24 hours to report any discrepancies. After this time, the rented property will be considered free from damage.
In case of failure to complete the inventory, due to a check-in or check-out time other than that stipulated in the rental agreement, the owner will conduct the inventory at the time of departure.
In the event of early termination of the rental by the tenant, no refund of the rental payment will be made.
No refund will be granted in case of cancellation or failure to use the rental premises during the rental period.
Any cancellation must comply with the cancellation clauses stipulated in the section reserved for this purpose.

Our rentals are non-smoking and do not accept animals.
